DONT DO IT!
48 days and still no stuff!! Furniture was picked up April 8th in California going to Florida. Check cleared 15th of April. Was called by customer service on the 29th of April and told Dispatch assigned my transportation on the 26th. Customer service told me that it would be approx 10 -12 days from the date dispatched that I should received my furniture. Since that phone call I have only been able to speak with customer service twice after calling multiple times. When I finally spoke with her she told me that dispatch has not been responding. Come to find out my stuff has still not been dispatched. I dont even get why they called me in the first place to tell me it was on its way. What a Joke. Make sure that you use another company for all of your moving needs because this company has a real lack of communication problem and simply does not have there business together.

What a disaster! Contracted with Alltrust to move from Florida to Ohio. I have never had as much damage from a move ever. This is the quote from this company "Unfortunately, especially on a long-distance moves damages happen." The driver who delivered in Ohio when finished unloading asked me if I had everything and I asked him if maybe he should be checking off the inventory as he unloaded. Damaged night stand, dresser, headboard, footboard, destroyed a bar stool and completely destroyed a curio cabinet. Their offer for damages was $129.00, what a joke! Another quote from them "That's why we have insurance for free $0,60 cents per pound per article, or we have optional full value protection which is 10% from the stated value of your stuff. I'll attach the second proposal for the full value protection. Which should have been chosen before the move." In my 72 years I have made several long distance moves with no damage so what a surprise.

AllTrust Movers singlehandedly, professionally and transparently maneuvered all of my valuables into my new home without so much as a scratch to the furniture or walls or floors inside the home. This is a moving company that doesn't take you for granted as a customer. This is proven by their actions and consistent ability to perform at a higher level. I am deeply impressed by this exceptional moving company and with their incredible moving services. Everything was accounted for and all our needs pertaining to the move were met, whether it was assembly, disassembly, packaging or carrying. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for your next move.

I can happily recommend AllTrust Movers because they are saints compared to other companies in the area that were misleading and pushy over the phone. AllTrust Movers was highly professional and productive throughout this entire moving experience by maintaining the schedule we established and securely loading and transporting all my family's things. This move really couldn't of gone much better than it did. AllTrust Movers gives transparent pricing and very professional service overall. I can confidently recommend this moving service to others!

The two movers were courteous and eager to help, but several pieces of my furniture were damaged. They didn't bring enough blankets,in there business model is to upsell bubblewrap,and boxes,pads etc. The salesman Albert said that they would have enough blankets to take care of my needs, because I specifically asked him that question, obviously that's a false statement. Even one of the movers mention that the sales guys have amnesia some times to fully disclose. I would've had the material at the house already. The sad part is not even a follow up call after they damage my furniture. They under estimated the hours that would take, and how many guys. Once again accompany all about the up-sell. I know that I will get nothing out of them for my damage furniture. So if I stop people from using them, and go through the ordeal that we did then, that will be my restitutions. So if you want to take the chance and get a lowball and then get your furniture damage, then use that moving company. I really don't trust them at all . NOTrust movers!!!! Really Thomas! You made your movers call me after my post! How pathetic is that! You as a manager/owner don't even have the decency to call me. I gave the guys a tip because they worked hard in the rain. The damage was done after the fact, plus you guys already knew you damage my furniture, they called the office so you guys knew. I was told that you would call me. So people believe whoever you want to just beware.
