I have used Mike and his moving services on numerous occasions. I have always been satisfied with his service. I highly recommend him for your moves both big and small

We were given a quote. We were given a time. They knew what they had to move. The day came for the move. Then began drawn out back -and- forth communications delaying the appointment time. Many reasons were given for the delays. They gave the impression the movers would still come, but they didn't. Ultimately they cancelled the appointment. We were in a tight time schedule due to a closing, and needed the job done quickly. We were told the movers were delayed on a previous job. Fine, but don't keep saying they'll be there, and then don't show at all. Not professional at all. Not recommended.

So within the last hour or so the business manager/owner has continued to state that my review and my wife's review is not honest . Which is hilarious because Mike is a LIAR . He keeps stating on my review that this issue has been addressed which is untrue . I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 8 days now . And because my wife posted a review that tells the truth now their reaching out . It shouldn't have taken this long . I budgeted correctly I just didn't expect to be taken advamtCustomer satisfaction is not what this company is worried about , their worried about their image .

No one likes moving, but Baymeadows Express made it as painless as possible for our family. Nicole made scheduling easy and even moved up our scheduled start time for me at the last minute. We moved a three-bedroom condo into a four-bedroom house, and the two gentlemen who moved us were professional, careful and FAST. Rates were very reasonable and they tackled disassembly and reassembly of my son's labor-intensive loft bed with ease. I was very impressed with their work and would absolutely call Baymeadows Express again should I move in the future (God forbid). Kudos!

I have personally used Baymeadows Express movers on multiple occasions with great satisfaction, as well as many friends and co-workers whom I have recommended. Mike the owner of the company is professional, courteous and does whatever it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied. Each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure items are where I want them and furniture is put together before leaving, even if meant staying well beyond your standard business hours to get the job done. No move will ever be or go completely perfect, things happen, it's moving and no one likes to do it. What matters most is when a company takes accountability and puts the customer first. I can assure you Mike and his team will make the process as smooth and personable as possible! Keep up the great work! We will be calling you in Feb/March to help us move yet again, once construction is completed on our new home being built.
