I have experienced interstate moves several times over my career; they have all been great. With Browning it can be summed up in three words: WORST MOVE EVER. The estimate came in at a set price with the caveat that we could save money if we packed some things ourselves. After doing just that for weeks the revised estimate was higher! Due to our situation storage was required; simply horrible. Price was astronomical, roughly doubling the original estimate. When we finally did get a delivery it was a Mayflower truck from South Carolina that pulled up...surprise. The driver had an attitude from the start and proved to be a total tool. We had to file a damage claim on many items and claim home repairs as they banged up our house too. Of course the satisfaction on that front was lacking. Damage to hardwood flooring from the use of a wet runner was vehemently denied by the driver and later written off as "wear and tear" (the nine-year old house was occupied by an elderly couple, hardly any wear and tear). A lot of our things were covered in a black "dust/grit" of some kind. Broken glass, damaged furniture, wall damage, you name it, we had it. Just avoid these clowns at all cost or it will cost you. Worst moving experience ever.

We didn't have them move our stuff, we used their warehouse to stage our equipment while working in town. Both the office and warehouse personnel were a pleasure to deal with.

Having a company that background checks and highly scrutinizes their staff makes all the difference in the world when it comes to trusting movers in my home and with my belongings. Browning United Moving has my full confidence for my moving. My very expensive 6 ft grand piano was moved across country, stored, and assembled back together with loving care and no problems or damages whatsoever. I have full confidence they would do the same for me should I move again and highly recommend them!!!!

I'd give a negative star if I could. WORST moving company I have EVER dealt with! Stay away if you don't want all your furnitures scratched/damaged! This is my third time using United. Since browning is a United agent, I decided to use them for my move from Florida to California. Huge mistake!! First of all they use contractors who wrap all your furnitures with papers instead of blankets. I was very concerned with it when they were loading my stuff so I called my moving coordinator. She assured me that it was as good as blankets. Big lie! Almost ALL of my furnitures were scratched and damaged when they were delivered. Secondly, my moving coordinator is a joke. She never does anything except for wanting to take my credit card information. She doesn't communicate and inform me anything proactively. I had to call her every single time to find out about all the details. I had a 3 week delivery window. She told me my furnitures could not be delivered until the very last day of my delivery time frame. I let that slide since I was busy. Then I told her to let me know when the crew was going to be here on delivery day so I could schedule time off in advance. She kept telling me that she was waiting on the company in California to respond to her emails and told me it had to be between 8-10am when I would not be available. I called the company in California myself and worked out my own schedule and had the crew come out at 6am!! She then called me after I figured out everything myself and informed me something I already knew! Why would I need a moving coordinator if I basically handle all the communications myself?! I paid thousand of dollars for this move and now have to deal with all this mess!! This is the WORST moving company ever! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

We recently moved from Tallahassee to Tarpon Springs. We'd been in the same house for almost 19 years and have raised 3 kids there, so to say we had lots of "stuff" is putting it mildly. Browning Moving and Storage was terrific! Our movers, Cassius and Edwin spent a cold blistery day in January making sure all our things were packed perfectly, then turned around 2 days later and drove in the pouring rain to get us our things on time. Everything came packed perfectly. Not one broken dish or lamp! The entire team at Browning is courteous and professional and I'm so glad we decided to use them. I can't recommend them enough!
