Loved their flexibility in scheduling. I panicked because Hurricane Dorian was in the Atlantic, so I called to push up my move. They were able to accommodate my need. Ashley, the receptionist provided great customer service. She called to let me know that the movers would be late (which ended up being 2 hrs 45 mins) after the initial scheduled window of 12-1. Nonetheless, they arrived at 2:45 and got started right away. It rained in true Florida fashion, for about 10 mins, but they powered through the rain, by wrapping my belongings and continuing to move. Derek (sp?) was amazing- a real go getter. He moved several objects by himself and took the initiative to ask where things went, or placed them where they belonged when we arrived at my new place. Jose had some difficultly managing some of the items but Derek was there to help. My move was completed in 3 hours. Overall, I enjoyed working with the company. Everybody hates moving, especially me, I would consider hiring them again.
I was waiting to review until I could compare with another Tampa-based moving company. We estimated the time to be less than an hour since we had amazing movers in VA pack up all our things, including wrapping furniture, for a two bedroom condo in two hours. We only needed EHM to remove items from a truck and place most items in two spots - a living room and garage since we're moving again. We asked them to place the bed, headboard and a table upstairs and I informed them about that prior to booking. They didn't seem to enthusiastic when we asked them to take these items upstairs. Two guys came, and one mover was taking one item at a time. By one item, I mean a lamp base, a baby gate, a bag full of pillows. He also disappeared for a break after 1/2 an hour of work. My husband and I started helping as we couldn't believe how slow it was going, and we didn't think this move should be more than our actual move from VA since it was far less work. Also, I believe they started the clock before we signed all the papers, which was odd and something we haven't experienced. Moreover, we asked them early morning if they could bring shoe covers, and they said I was too late in informing them. Mind you, I emailed them at 9am for a 3pm move. So a four people move (since we helped) took 1/2 the time of a 2 person move that included stairs, wrapping furniture, and meticulously packing a 15 foot truck. We hired Bull Movers today, and these guys are ridiculously good - As good as the movers we hired in VA. Three men were taking three huge boxes at a time and they didn't stop once for a break. They were extremely friendly and very hardworking. They packed a 3000 sq foot/two story home in six hours, which included dismantling quite a few items, and driving to the destination (25 miles away) twice to unload. I never hesitated to ask them anything and they always answered with a smile. Kenny was great and incredibly friendly as well. Also, I contacted them at 8am for a 9am move and requested shoe covers and they said "No problem, Ma'am, we'll have those for you." Bull Movers was fantastic and I would highly recommend. As for EHM, you get what you paid for (they had the cheapest rate).
Nate and his guys are great! Nate went over and above our expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mover!
These guys are the absolute best movers! VERY fast and efficient. I will definitely be using them again I'm the future!
They had a groupon active and they refused to honor the deal. This is considered dishonorable and false advertising
