These people take the "pro" out of professional. They showed up in a truck- 5 hours past the latest time- with no phone calls that weren't initiated by myself. I found out later- they knew the night before- that they would be running late. Company gave me 5% off for my extra 5+ hour wait- NOT worth it and not much customer service (relaying comments to manger). They moved 3 dolly's for me- and even though they were told the tires were low on air and not to use them- they used them and ruined the tires (smart guys). Have to pay cleaning people to come back as they were so far off schedule (clearly not their problem or concern). We were taking the handles off the refrigerator door and they told us to stop- that they were in a hurry. No listening to explanations as to what we were doing- until they tried getting it through the doors. then they came back, unwrapped it, and took our tool (gave it back when delivered but still- taking it without asking). They were 10 seconds from taking down my pole barn- even though they were asked to drive around (not thru). Driver clearly had no clue as to the height of the truck. Then- was upset as he was asked to back up as he was going to take down the barn or the fence if he didn't. Asked them to leave things outside- they walked them into the furthest part of the garage. Wanted to leave the washing machine in the driveway. I asked ahead of time about shipping bolts for the washing machine (did they know how to install). I was assured they knew everything. They didn't even know what they were and said they had no tools. Guy from corporate was very condescending and told me they move them all the time without shipping bolts and encouraged me to do that so they could get moving- but refused to take responsibility for it if the washer broke- that would be my problem. The driver was clearly and idiot, but the two workers were fine. They had no clue on moving, however and almost "lost" things on the ramp both on the loading and unloading portion. I didn't see the yelp reviews. The most corporate has done was to apologize (repeatedly) and say they will talk to these people. They are ignoring my request that they actually train their people professionally, and have some respect for people's time. If you are getting estimates- Candice is wonderful- but I still wouldn't utilize their services- for ANYTHING. Again- they sent out a crew of untrained individuals with an idiot supervisor. I would at least expect that they would pay for the additional cleaning visit, and offer to repair the dolly where they mangled the wheels using it when they were asked not to. I would not use them and I would give them less than 1-star if it were possible!

The only great thing about this company was the movers who came to the house. The guys were absolutely great and worked very hard. Other than that, I would never recommend this company to anyone. All they care about is to get your money and schedule you, and then they start calling you to ask you to change your moving date, moving times, etc. They gave us all kinds of lies -- from weather, to medical emergency with the drivers, to equipment braking down! The sales guy will bombard you with millions of texts and calls to get your business, and then it all goes down the hill when they schedule more than what they can handle. We wanted to move on a Friday, they were busy. We were pushed to Saturday, and when we finally agreed, the sales guy started calling us and asking us if we could do it on Sunday!! When we declined, the move that was supposed to start at 7AM on Saturday, started at 2:30 pm after numerous calls to the dispatcher asking where the movers were! When the movers arrived to the house, they were unaware where they had to move us!! They thought were moving locally!! This company is just one big JOKE and they are all about GREED! Please stay away from them.

Honestly I'm not the type to write reviews but this company screwed me over multiple times that I feel it's necessary to warn other people. First off they ask for a $50 deposit to secure your appointment with them. They don't tell you that that's an additional charge and doesn't go towards the actual payment of the moving services. So whatever they tell you it will cost, add another 50 to that. Secondly they were very unprofessional and did not staff appropriately to move my furniture. My boyfriend had to step in and help with the moving process. My walls were all scratched up as well as a few dents. Scratches on my floor and they tore my couch. The worst part is when I called after to complain they seemed so accommodating. "We will send out professionals to fix the dents and scratches" "We will give you the $50 deposit back for the miscommunication" None of these promises were made, after calling several times and them reassuring me I would get my money back I still never did. No one was sent to fix the walls. Would not recommend this to anyone! Absolutely not!!

This moving company was terrible!!!!!!!!! Showed up without a screwdriver , no packing paper and told me they didn't know anything about what I needed! The only request besides moving some furniture was to pack up my collectibles in a glass armoire!!! They shoved my adjustable bed in my new bedroom set and lost the connection ...I don't know where it is and if the bed works! They took my jewelry box out of the house and drawers we're opening everywhere and I had to say " I was told you shrinkwrap items" They then went ahead and said,oh, okay!! Nothing was removed after wrapping anything ..DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Im just trying to help others.

This is the worse company ever. They didn't arrive on time. The estimate we were given wasn't correct and they only moved half our stuff. We had to get another uhaul truck and move it ourself. Which defeated the entire purpose of hiring someone in the first place. They were dishonest and totally unprofessional. The owner was rude and basically wanted to charge us double when he didn't meet the demands of the estimate he gave us a quote on. They made our entire move choatic and stressful and cost us even more money. As a person that deals with customers on a daily basis and in close contact with the communities I will never give them a positive recommendation. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau.
