Moving doesn't get any easier or any more pleasurable than working with Gentle Giant. We moved to Boca Raton and hired Gentle Giant to pack and move everything we own. They were meticulous. Nothing was broken. As we moved into our new place they were more than willing to move furniture as we weren't sure where it should go. Nick and Chas - the two movers who spent the day getting us settled were friendly, happy, and really friendly. Thanks Gentle Giant for making our move so great!

I used Gentle Giant for a Move from MA to Aventura. The local delivery came from this Gentle Giant based out of Ft. Launderdale. The delivery was scheduled between 8-9AM and I was contacted by the truck at 7:30am to give me an ETA (which was exactly at 8AM and they arrived at 8am). Both delivery persons (Zachary and Ceslouas) were very friendly and worked very quickly. My delivery was taken off the truck, furniture/tables assembled and boxes placed by 9:30 AM. They asked me where I wanted everything and put things exactly where I asked. This was a great experience from start to finish on this end and I couldn't be happier with the service Gentle Giant, specifically Zachary, Ceslouas. If I need a local move in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area this would be my first choice. The customer service and attention paid to my items was outstanding. Not a single item was damaged, scratched, dented etc. Not even the card board boxes had a scratch on them, no dust on the boxes from storage either. Really couldn't reccomend this company higher for the service they provided. I was able to pay completely on a CC which was nice as some other companies require 1/2 or more in cash. Moving is stressful and Gentle Giant of Ft Lauderdale made the experience as easy as possible.
