I ordered a box truck and two people to move two heavy couches. I requested a 9:00AM pick up at 7:00 AM the same day. I got an immediate response, however I did have to cancel the time and reschedule for later that day. One guy and a pickup truck with a cargo trailer showed up. I did get an email alerting me that the box truck was unavailable. We did get the couches moved however I emailed the company and they were awesome. They refunded part of the money almost immediately. The man that showed up was awesome and waited until I arrived with a friend's son to assist with moving the couches. All around, despite the problems, the company works hard to make sure you're satisfied! Good job GoShare... I'll recommend the services to my friends!

This service is great! Whether buying an item in a store that has no delivery trucks like I did or needing to move something too big for your car like I will do in the future, it is so nice to find a reasonable priced service. Geraldo A communicated so I was never left wondering. He dealt with providing the certificate of insurance my condo required and was on time. He handled the mirrored vanity very professionally, too. All around a great experience!

I used GoShare to help me get a large entertainment center home from Costco. I have to say, it was above and beyond my expectations. I requested the truck while at Costco and we had a pretty short wait. Julio, our guy, was amazingly strong and helped load and unload items very quickly. It was pretty seamless. Our driver also spoke both Spanish and English. We ended up needing a dolly, no problem, he had it on him! My only suggestion would be that they should increase the default tip to 20%. Our guy worked super hard and I'm happy to reward that! I highly recommend this service and will use again! It was easier and cheaper than us renting a truck and recruiting friends or hiring day laborers.
