This review is written for each area of the move. Packing: the guys were great and very nice to work with. They came in a packed our house very efficiently and fast. They took extra caution to items that were very fragile. Delivery: they were great. Same guys who packed delivered. They put all items exactly where we ask, reassembled all our furniture for us, and made sure it was set up like we wanted it before they left. Booking: booking was easy. Love the flat rate they give you without having to itemize your house like other companies. The only complaint is communication was done through text, which I don't mind, but when something was miss communicated the owner passed blame on us and said he does not communicate business through text. That was never communicated to us then he continued to communicate through text. I liked it for the written record where it was sent and seen.

They moved me from Miami to Tallahassee! Literally the best experience i've ever had with any moving company. customer service was on point throughout the entire move (I called every single day hahaha) everything from start to end was amazing! I will defiantly be returning

I scheduled an impromptu move in November. They were able to schedule a move within a week, which I was elated to hear. I was quoted an hourly rate for two guys with a local move from a two bedroom apartment. Everything was reasonable until moving day. Instead of two, three movers came and gave me a higher hourly rate than what I was quoted. Never was I told beforehand. Given that I had to move, I had no choice but to accept as I had taken the week off from work. I get that an additional hand costs more but again -- I was never told until they arrived. The move itself went well. The movers took their time. But nothing was broken in the end -- which is what matters most -- and the movers were nice enough and caring of what they were hauling. Moves can have a lot of unknowns and more often than not, always cost more than quoted and expected. However, the poor communication, something very critical, has taken away from a great rating.

Austin I appreciate the time you took out to come and do my quote personally. The guys were really good with packing our things(still looking for my air fryer, ill let you know which box I find it in lol). Your team was very respectful and communicated very well throughout the process, and for that we appreciate. The only reason I didn't give you guys a 5* was because I thought you were gonna be there to supervise the packing process, but hey I know things come up. Again thank you and your team for everything.

One star is an over statement of anything Griner had to offer us on our move from Tallahassee to Clearwater. Negative ten stars is more like the horrendous experience we had. That warm, smooth,southern voice on the phone may have roped us in as did the great reviews, but please hear me....for the price of $8000 dollars, almost EVERYTHING we owned and treasured was scratched, gouged, broken, ripped, stained, missing and/or ruined. We had to store our furniture for two days, and Austin's price of $100/day was great, so we went with him. We paid several thousand dollars for them to pack up our home, which did seem fair. Ha ha..what a joke. Most of our kitchen belongings were paid the proper amount of attention, and survived quite well. Period. Almost nothing else was packed carefully enough. Every picture frame was scratched, 5 out of 5 couches were filthy and or water stained, upholstery was ripped on chairs and mattresses, fine furniture was gouged and or scratched and our priceless, heirloom white milk glass kitchen table was CRACKED IN HALF despite many multiple warnings to the movers of its fragility (which, by the way, should have been obvious)! Our $900 dollar cantilever pool umbrella was missing parts and could no longer be used, and our $500 dollar patio umbrella was ripped to SHREDS. Austin only showed up once for THREE MINUTES during our 5 day ordeal. Most of the wreckage of our belongings occurred because they were moved at least 4 times from large to small trucks, or stuck in the back of a truck when someone else's things were crammed into the front of the truck. All of the trucks that they used were rentals, and because they underestimated the size of our move, they used 2 cheap U-Haul trailers for our precious possessions. We also had to wait over a week to receive the other half of our things. Griner Moving Services was the biggest disaster we have ever experienced, and although we fought for and got $2000 dollars deducted, we are still finding damaged items, and spent $1400 dollars to repair our priceless table. Please be wary of this company....PLEASE!
