Great service, friendly staff and clean facility. Good prices on storage and super convenient that the facility is also a uhaul rental facility. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and secure storage facility in the area.

We have used UHaul on many different occassions and never had such a bad experience. The office staff was less than friendly or helpful. There were two people in the office that couldn't seem to help us, so they had to go and find someone else that could. This individual came in, started to assist us, and then took a phone call which was to assist another customer. To add insult to injury, this individual had to call to obtain assistance with logging onto the computer. He told the individual he was talking to on the phone he had not been able to log in the last few days. Then he had us talk to the individual on the phone so we could better explain our reservation because we could explain it better. We worked with the individual on the phone to actually complete the transaction. Lastly, we would recommend not using this location unless you absolutely have to, which unfortunately is our situation.
