Took me too long to post this review and I am sorry it has. I hired KoQP&M back in later August. Gerrael and his team were amazing. I was able to get them on pretty short notice, I think it was like 1 or two days. They were about 30 mins later than planned but communicated with me multiple times. When they got there, they were ready to work with extra supplies just in case, they even came with an extra person and it did not change the bid. They were AWESOME, they were so helpful, worked hard, clean and fast and were willing to help with whatever. I worked with Gerrael, Jason, Anthony and Rio and they were all so sweet and hard working. I had them replacing electrical outlet covers, hanging curtains, building all kinds of furniture and of course...moving things and they were so willing to do what needed to be done. They made my whole emergency move such a breeze. It was worth every penny. I can't thank them enough and I am definitely going to hire them again for my upcoming new office builds.

These guys were incredible. They moved us into our 3rd floor apt with no elevator in just 90 minutes. We hired them for 2 hours, they were perfectly on time but we were running 30 minutes late due to traffic. They got the job done just the same. Great communication the whole way too. 100% recommend

I moved 2 months ago and am just getting around to writing this review. I have had terrible moving experiences in the past, but this is definitely the exception. I booked 2 movers to unload a pod. The pod was unexpectedly delayed. I called Gerrael to reschedule and he was flexible and very understanding. When the pod finally arrived, the two movers arrived on time, were very efficient with my items (yet also very careful), polite, and professional. Gerrael followed up after the move to make sure everything went as expected and was also very friendly. I can't recommend them enough - definitely the best moving experience I have had and will make every effort to hire them again for my next move.

These guys are quick and efficient! At first they were running late to Palo Alto due to traffic, but both the company owner and the crew gave me notice ahead of time and provided updated arrival times. When Jason arrived they quickly got to work and unloaded my two storage units into my apartment. They were able to quickly and efficiently unload my packed storage containers with ease and knowledge. They were strong, so opted to carry many of the items rather than maneuver the dolly up stairs which made them quick compared to other companies I've used. They were careful with my stuff and knowledgeable about their craft! From arrival to payment took exactly 1 hour for them to unload and arrange my one bedroom worth of stuff. With another move coming up shortly, I'll definitely be keeping these guys in mind and you should too.

I want to HIGHLY recommend King Of Quality Pack & Move! This company is very reliable, honest, and competitively priced. We hired Anthony to help my husband and I move things into our apartment in the Palo Alto area and he was amazing! He arrived a few mins early to the job and worked diligently throughout to help us. He was very personable and a good communicator before and during the move. All our things were in great condition when we unpacked. We will definitely be using King Of Quality Pack & Move again. We recommended them to all our friends too!
