the amount of incompetence is absolutely ridiculous, the service is non existence. took close to 3 months for the company to deliver and it was incomplete, missing a big box parts of a dinning table and a 55" t.v. in its original box just like new which was stolen in the storage facility probably by one of the persons who came to my house, been weeks calling every day and i hear the same excuse, "we got someone checking the storage" or "we will call you tomorrow we are checking this" the person who picks up the phone has no interpersonal skills and not fit for her position. everyday a different person says a different excuse. don't fall for these mediocre half ass company. they don't have any social media because they keep getting bad reviews. do your own research.
A few words come to mind when thinking of this company. However, deceptive, and irresponsible top the list as their continuous excuses make for a boring story. They provide poor feedback during the shipping process, and their delivery times are always in the infinite. Their mantra is " call me back next week, your item will be in the next shipment".
The worst moving service ever. When I was looking for estimates I choose them because they told me "guaranty" I will get my stuffs in 6 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and I still waiting. I call customer service and all they say is: "unfortunately you need to wait" El peor servicio de mudanza. Cuando estuve buscando cotizaciones los llame y me aseguraron que entregarían mi mudanza en 6 semanas. Van 10 semanas y todavía no me entregan. Llame a servicio al cliente y me dicen: "lamentablemente tiene que esperar".
