He broke my 60" television and did not want to use liability insurance to replace my tv. We gave him ample opportunities to handle the situation but he was malingering on replacing my item. Wanted me to take what he wanted to offer me. This was the worst move ever. As a disable retired veteran, I have to seek legal action due to his negligence. He also damaged the handle for my tray table and plastic container. I just brought the container the night prior for the move.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! I hired this company through movers.com and after paying for them they chose not to show up with no apology and we were left to get a refund through movers.com and carry everything in ourselves. What we could not carry we had to hire people that we found at the bus stop to help us--making our move extremely stressful. I don't know if they are good at moving or not but if they don't show up that's a disaster so don't hire them because they are not dependable nor do they care about customer service at the very least. BEWARE!

We have used Make it Happen movers a few times. They are on time, efficient, polite and do a great job. We moved twice in Orlando and they also helped load a large truck to go to canada. No breakages and well protected. They also have a service that includes a truck too so you don't have to rent it. That was great!

Anthony Rodriguez (mramericantie@yahoo.com) is the owner of Make it Happen Movers...he was flexible and efficient. He was able to meet our needs for a quick move date and he sent along two great guys to help us. Jo'el and Tim were friendly, prompt, considerate and good at their job! You could tell they actually liked what they were doing and passed that energy along to us. They took very good care of our belongings...even with a huge elliptical machine that had to be moved from a second floor room. We appreciate their hard work and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
