I'm not going to question the other reviews but they sure didn't match the service or anything for that matter. The worst movers I have worked with in 20 years, as a US military veteran and DoD contractor working overseas, I have moved at least 30 times between cities, states and countries, by myself, movers and full service. I picked MBM because of the reviews, the price was decent but what a disappointment, so I hired them for full service (packing/moving) a 2 bedroom apartment, 3 guys to move less than 10 miles. Let's start with my own past experiences, I would have done it by myself in probably 12 hours maybe 14 at most. I would expect a professional team of 3 to do it in 4-5 hours, 6-7 hours if everything was packed like amazing and all the furniture wrapped, etc. Omg, it took them 9.5 hours, mind you this is a small 2 bedroom apt in which only one person lived in, so it wasn't even fully furnished. The packing was so awful, I mean for example they packed a $2500 gaming laptop in a box with no wrapping and against one of the walls of the box, this is what not to do 101 folks, here is the worst part on how bad these guys are, the laptop bag was packed in the same box but without the laptop inside, so ridiculous and unacceptable. At least wrap the laptop with something, they even put a blanket in the box but didn't use it to wrap laptop or anything. I told the office I was going to store or move some stuff to another location, so I asked to wrap the furniture well, he said oh yeah everything will be bubble wrapped, yeah nothing, they didn't wrap anything, all they did was put some big elastic thing on the furniture with some very light padding if any. This is how bad they are, let's go back to the 9.5 hours, mind you, I'm paying by the hour. When they dropped the stuff off, everything fit in half a 2 car garage, so just imagine how awful they have to be to have 3 guys pack (very awful packing) what would fit in half a garage and spend 9.5 hours doing it. I would never hire them again and I don't recommend them at all, I mean sometimes you don't get the best crew, but it was just awful. $1300 down the drain, by far my worst packing/moving experience ever. The guys were very nice, but then again they were milking it to charge more. I don't even want to start on how they packed the TV's. Do not hire!!!! We were on the hunt for a moving company to help move furniture and boxes from one residence to another 40 miles away. Most companies we contacted on Yelp wouldn't provide any details via message and simply asked us to call them. No thanks. Some companies did respond, but discussed both price per hour and pricey fees. MBM answered all of our questions via message and informed us of their current pricing: $112 an hour for 3 men and a truck. Ian, PJ and Al were kind, professional and hard-working. They had an entire 2nd story apartment moved out and moved into the garage of a new home 40 miles away in 3 hours. We are grateful for their services!

I highly recommend them. I just moved today. They were not only on time, they were very professional and worked really hard and fast. I recommend Brandon. He is a work horse! Thank y'all for making my move go smooth!!

I'm going to start this review by saying how much I hate moving. As I get older, movers are a must as it's not as easy to get a bunch of buddies to come over and help you move for a 6-Pack and some pizza and wings like it used to be. Anyway, when I moved a year ago, I hired movers and it wasn't the best experience. Definitely not the worst, but it just wasn't good in my book. This time around, I looked into MBM Enterprises, and I'm sure glad I did. These guys were fantastic. Maybe it was a combination of me being properly prepared or just the crew, but from the moment they arrived, it was just good all around. First off, they were on time. Always appreciative of a business that arrives in the time frame that they provide you. I had my day planned around them and had to be to work later that day, and by being on time and finishing up exactly 4 hours later, this was worthy of the rating alone. Secondly, they have great pricing and no hidden fees. A few movers give you a price, and then they want to add on for the truck in addition to the exorbitant price already. Not here. And the timer didn't start until they arrived at my location. Big plus as they came from the coast and I'm in Orlando. Next, they weren't lazy. My last movers were slackers and took their time moving stuff, which I'm sure extended the time. Other than their one allotted break, these guys kept busy and moved right along. Finally, they were all friendly and personable. We had conversation and they remained polite and courteous the entire time. This speaks volumes for the owner and who he hires for his crews. By the end of it, I bought them all some cold drinks from Wawa as a thanks for all of their hard work and my stuff was moved from my 3 bedroom apartment to the storage unit with no damage and in a timely manner. I'm going to make sure that I use them again when I get into my next permanent place because I can't go wrong with these guys.
