We hired them to load our moving truck and were on a tight schedule because the place we were moving to was about 4 hours away. The movers were over an hour late with no apology. They moved extremely slow even though everything was boxed and ready. We purchased moving blankets to wrap furniture and they for whatever reason chose not to wrap some fragile items. We called to express our concerns after the move and there was no care or concern. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about giving good customer service. Heed all the bad reviews and go with another more reputable company!

They might be okay for delivering a piece of furniture or something but don't ever use these guys for moving. They were suppsed to help me on August 21st, 2019. They were supposed to arrive at 830AM but they texted me and told me that they wouldn't arrive until 945. Once they finally did arrive they moved at a snail's pace. They moved so slow that about half an hour in my father in law and I started pitching in and moving most of the stuff ourselves. They also took frequent smoke breaks and were texting and on the phone multiple times. I wish I could give them less than one star. One of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. When I called to complain management didn't care.

I used this company to pick up a dining table from West Palm to Boynton Beach. They were prompt, courteous and price was reasonable. Guys even put my table back together once they delivered it. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had to move a queen bed and a big tv that I didn't trust my family to help me move. I shot them a text for a quote and got back to me in a few hours. It was a great price, so I was a bit skeptical but set up an appointment anyway for the next day in the morning. They gave me a 2-hour window of arrival from 10 am to noon. Around 9:40 am I got a text that they were on the way and the number and name of the supervisor of the move. They arrived at 9:55 am and by 10:10 am it was packed, covered, loaded and ready to good. Super smooth. They had the delivery address so he said that we can just meet there. I was a bit worried when I arrived before they did but they arrived a few minutes after me. By 10:45 the items were placed where I told them to. It was great not having to worry about renting a truck, begging friends to help, and carry the stuff with my bad back. Great service and value for the price. I would use again and would recommend for a small move.

WOW!!!!!!!! I was referred to Serg close to noon today from a guy on offerup app I was buying a chaise lounge from--he had hired Serg recently and loved the experience. I texted Serg, he texted right back, scheduled my two different offerup buys within hours, picked up 4 bar stools at one location and chaise lounge in another before 5pm. He was SO fast! Before I could even finish paying the sellers, they already had the items wrapped and loaded! Delivered 30 mins later. Again, SUPER in and out of my home. Unwrapped, no mess, furniture placed perfectly. ALL WITHIN HOURS! $100 plus $20 tip.
