I recently used Pink Movers on Sept 2018 ,Lionel & his brother Mike ,, they were ON TIME ,, PROFESSIONAL , KNOWLEDGEABLE regarding packing and stacking ,, and handled my item with care ,, I found them on groupon and the price was reasonable ,, I WOULD DEFINENTLY USE THEM AGAIN ,, ty Pink movers for a stress free move !!! they moved me from my storage unit to my new condo ,, ty ty

Found a special on Groupon. Place had decent reviews so I tried it. At first, my appointment was on a Friday. The movers were 3 hours late because they got caught up in a move and then finally told me they will do my move in the morning. Saturday comes and the movers were friendly and really nice. They helped me drop some stuff off at goodwill during my move which was helpful. They took apart my bed and assembled it back at the new place which was super helpful. However but they literally tore my bed on the headboard. Looks like they dragged it across the bottom floor of their truck. I am also missing a table touch lamp. Yes, the customer has to sign a contract saying the company isn't responsible for any damages goods but that doesn't mean I expect my stuff to actually get damaged especially to that extent.

Hands down, the best experience ever. Lionel (Manager) and Michael (assistant mover) arrived on time for my recent move to my new home. Most times, my furkids only like my boyfriend and my 2 best girlfriends, however they adored meeting both of the guys. What can I say? They have discerning taste! Lionel and Michael willingly worked their butts off getting me moved from my rental to my new house, and even wrestled with a king bed frame that was being difficult to take down. Although it began to downpour, the guys made sure that my items did not get wet, and got the other stuff staged in preparation for a break in weather. I have an extremely heavy and cumbersome china hutch that has glass shelves and it was no problem for them to transport without breakage, although the look on their faces when I told them I was looking to move that to a second level, was priceless! What was even better was the look of abject relief when they realized I was joking. The only thing that Lionel wasn't able to connect was the dryer and that's because the plug in the house is about 35 years old (original) and my dryer electrical connection is more recent. He told me exactly what to get, to get it replaced, and I have a service person coming out soon to take care of that for me. The rapport between both of them was also great; Lionel had no problem with Michael giving a suggestion on how to get my overly large, solid oak desk out of my office and while that will require another trip out, I have no issue with the result, at all. The owner of the business is also great. He came to my rental to provide an estimate for service and he was spot on with his time frame. I would suggest that anyone looking to move, do so with this company. I would also like to suggest to potential customers that they have everything marked clearly so that the set up at your new home (whether it be apartment or house) or place of business, goes as well as mine did. If you're on a second, third, fourth, etc etc. floor, let them know ahead of time so they can get their truck and moving equipment to the closest access point available. Luckily my home is a single story with doors that open wide, so again, there were no issues with moving in. Additionally, take advantage of their professional cleaning services too! Once I have the minutiae at the rental taken care of, I will have the Pink Moving and Storage clean up crew in to give it that thorough cleaning needed. I might even see if they can offer cleaning services on an ongoing basis as well

One of the best and easiest move processes. Price was accurate, no hidden fees, movers were on time and they were great! Bobby and Kenny did an excellent job, they were efficient, friendly and were very careful with the packing and moving. I will definitely use them again!!! Highly recommend!!!

The most professional movers in the industry. They paid attention to every detail and handled my belongings like they were their own. I highly recommend this company.
