Good experience with U-pack ABF at this Jax Terminal. My pod was delivered on schedule, without issue. The local team member Lori was able to get my pod delivered the next day in the AM after discussing with the driver. Randy was great, and delivered my pod to a tiny road in riverside without difficulty. Knocking the review to four star as they were not able to pick up on the scheduled day due to some unforeseen issues, but the team member did call me to let me know about the delay, and would be picked up the following. None of my items were damaged at all upon delivery.

Excellent service, far exceeded my expectations. Communication was great throughout the process and Ashley in the Jacksonville office went above and beyond to help ensure I had my stuff here on time for my movers. Highly recommend UPack

This was the smoothest do it yourself moving experience I have ever had. U-Pack was prompt in their delivery, the pick up and transportation of the cube.Great customer service and the website kept me updated the entire time of transit. Would highly recommend this company for moving your goods.

Everything seemed fine, until my items arrived. I called in the morning after website tracking said that my shipment had arrived. I called early so that I could make emergency arrangements with movers to come unload the trailer. When I called, I told them that I would be in at 12pm. The person I spoke to, said that this was fine. This was around 10am. After finding movers, I called back at 11am to ask if it was still good for me to come in at noon. "Yes" they said at the terminal, we are ready for you. When I arrived at 12pm, amazingly, I was advised that the trailer had not yet been unloaded of freight. Consequently, my movers and I waited until 1:30pm for the trailer to be brought out to us for unload. I was paying $160/hr for the movers, so I ended up paying an additional $240 to the movers for this impropriety from UPack. I'll chalk this up to a learning experience and ensure that no one in my corporate circle uses their services in the future. ******************* UPDATE ******************* I composed the above message on 9/15/2016. On 9/17/2016, I received a call from ABF after having sent the same message above to their customer support. As of 9/21, I received a $160 refund to my credit card. While I cannot change the original rating, those who view this review can at least be advised that ABF did try to make this right.

One star is too high. Promised for Friday and arrived the following Wednesday and in different truck. Things were transferred from original truck and thrown in. Bed broken and parts missing. Kitchen table broken. Book boxes piled on top crushing other things. Ironing board gone. Contracted Unpackers to move things in. Refused to set up beds as requested. Put packing materials back in truck which I then had to remove yet again. So if you want your stuff thrown around, broken., marred with items missing and several days late contract with U pack. Your expectations will be met and then some. Rude on phone when updates requested. Totally unprofessional!!
