We moved from Florida to Vermont and I can not express how happy I am with U-pack moving. I had enough time to get it packed and unpacked. This was the easiest cross country move I've ever had. I can not thank them enough. They were flexible with my schedule, extremely professional, and courteous. I was able to get my family up to our new home without having to worry about how our stuff was going to get there. Best of all, there was a tracking website so I could check on where our things were at any time. The paperwork was easy and everything went great. If you're doing a long distance move, I can not recommend this enough. The price point was more than fair. We considered a diy moving truck, but this was roughly the same price when you factor in fuel and frustration. U-Pack is money well spent. If we have to do another long distance move, we'll be using them again.

We used them twice recently. The employees were ok, and the price was fantastic. Our stuff arrived in a relocube from Oregon. A lot of our things were squished in to prevent our stuff from shifting around. We loaded at the terminal/Upack site. Two months later we shipped our things back in 5 ft of trailer space. The employees were ok. Loading that trailer was hard. The bulkhead doors used to close everything in is such a pain in the ass. Our stuff in the trailer shifted around a lot regardless of how tight we tried to pack it. Overall, I like Upack and will use them again. I will only use the relocube going forward and try to use more blankets for padding. A 1 bedroom barely fits into one relocube or 5 ft of trailer space.

Looking for a less expensive way to move our daughter from Fla to Texas and found the Relo-Cube. For an all inclusive price they delivered the cube to us on a Friday, we packed her stuff in two days, called for pickup. They picked up on Monday with a estimated delivery in 5-7 business days. That was on 2/25 and the cube was delivered to her new house on Tuesday 3/5 (would have been Monday but weather was bad and to their credit they refused to put their workers in danger due to slippery conditions). We had the cube unpacked in about 30 minutes, called U-Pack back and within an hour or so they had come back to get the empty cube. We did not move furniture, just boxes and boxes of stuff. Not sure how this would work with a house full of furniture. I would definitely recommend their service.

U-Pack made our move as smooth as a move can be. They delivered our trailers to us on time, and worked with us on last minute change of delivery. They were very accommodating. I totally recommend them for your move! We moved from Florida to Tennessee and all went smoothly. We needed two 28 ft trailers, and U-Pack delivered perfectly. Thank you U-Pack!

I moved from California to Florida and I am so glad I chose U-Pack Moving to move my things. U-Pack was scheduled to drop off the flatbed December 26th at my apartment complex. I was told the truck would be there between 8 AM and 12 noon, it arrived at 9 AM and was picked up the following morning. They also arrived in Florida when they said they would. A special shout out to Rita, Patrick, and Tom who always took my calls and answered all my questions. The move went smoothly and I highly recommend using U-Pack to do your next move. Their pricing was far less than any of the other moving company I contacted and their customer service is excellent.
