I was a little nervous to have movers, as it was my first time, but the guys were very quick, efficient, and did not waste any time! Not to mention they were very polite and ended up rearranging my furniture multiple times as I was indecisive about how I wanted my new layout to look! This company is super affordable with no hidden fees just as they said when I called to inquire! Thanks for making my moving process a breeze!

Where to even begin. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'll give you the cliff notes on the worst moving experience I ever had. After 3 phone calls to check on them they showed up 3 hours late and had two movers instead of the 3 I reserved. A big problem when going to a third floor apartment. They broke a picture frame, only wrapped one piece of furniture, nothing else. Scratched my coffee table, didn't deliver 5 glass panels for my desk which is now useless. Smelled like weed once we got to the new place to unload. Demanded cash at payment and went so far as asking to follow me to an atm. Tried to charge me the rate for 3 movers. Demanded I pay cash over and over stating they would call the cops if I didn't pay. And "well we have to work something out" They have been unresponsive to my requests for a refund on my now useless desk and didn't respond to a BBB complaint. UPDATE: still no response from them. Below is the full BBB complaint which has now also been sent to the Florida AG. Desk panels during recent move were not delivered. Business not taking responsibility to replace desk among other issues. I had a 3 person move scheduled on September 22 starting between 9-10am. I contacted the company at 9:26am to ask for an ETA and was advised they would be late with an ETA of 10:30-11am. I called back at 11:25am as no one had arrived and was told they would now arrive at approximately 12-12:30pm and there were only TWO movers, not the 3 I reserved. AND that in exchange for delay I would be charged for 2 movers, and they would still try to find a third. To be clear they arrived with 2 movers (and the girlfriend who was made clear to me at that time was NOT part of the scheduled crew but was only helping out as she was with her boyfriend); however again I note that I scheduled for 3 movers. After the truck was loaded we went to my storage unit, and after that was loaded to my new apartment. A picture frame was broken at the storage unit and I let them know it was of no concern. When arriving at my apartment the associates now had a third mover show up; more than halfway through the move. In addition they smelled like weed at this point. At the end of the unloading process I was told they could not generate a invoice or let me pay online, they claimed the "system was down" and urged me to pay in cash. They went so far as to state they would go with me to an ATM machine. I emphatically refused. They stated we "have to work something out" and I advised they can take a check, or bill me. Otherwise the only option is to pay a proper invoice with a credit card. They stated their boss wouldn't like that and we need to "work it out" or they would call the police for me not paying. At this point it was 520pm, I spoke with their boss, I believe his name was Robert at 813-562-0023. He generated an invoice for $551.25, the price for THREE movers, even though that morning he PROMISED me for them being 3 hours late, he would find a third person and only charge me the two person rate. I pushed back and said I would not pay the $551.25 because that was for 3 movers and for more than half the move I only had two. Eventually he adjusted the invoice to $472.50 and I agreed to pay on the understanding he was charging me for 2 movers half the time and 3 movers the other half. After a day or so of unpacking I discovered 5 glass panels that put my entire desk together we not delivered. I checked multiple times and checked the prior residence as well. I personally watched them loaded from my old location to the truck. I contacted them to ask about the glass panels on 9/24 @ 703pm. Was told they would call me back. I called again 9/26 @ 623pm and was told they would call back again. I texted also 9/26 with no response. Finally I emailed them on 9/27 and advised the value of the desk which is $232.99 and that I would provide until 10/1 for them to find the panels, or start the process to reimburse me so that I can replace my desk. They responded via email on 9/27 and stated "No sir it is not on truck". I followed up and asked how to get a refund for my desk and they never responded. I made multiple calls, sent a text, sent an email with a reasonable deadline and am getting no where. They were entirely unprofessional, 3 hours late, smelled like weed, broke some of my things, didn't deliver my desk panels, tied to strong arm me into paying cash like a drug deal, charged me the wrong amount and attempted to refuse to fix it. And now they owe me $232.99 for a desk.

Horrible customer service. Very careless with furniture. Small scratches on almost all of the dressers. I called to complain and was pretty much blown off. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Also, pieces missing from the bed they took apart. Never even got a return phone call about that. The guys were very polite, and his daughter was cute. But I dont think they really knew what they were doing.

I am cringing to even give these people one star! Moving can always be stressful, I get that. But the reason there's moving companies is to make it a little LESS stressful am I right?! I had an appointment at 9am on a Sunday, I woke up at 7:30 to make sure I had enough time to get everything ready so that we could have a smooth moving day. 9:30 rolls around and no one. So I called the company and the lady says they had the wrong date in the computer but reassured us that her movers were going to be finishing up a job and she'd call when she knew a time. About an hour and a half rolls around.. no call. So we call back. She says it's taking a little longer than expected gives us about and hour more. Two hours roll around.. nothing. Call back.. doesn't answer our calls. Finally she does and says they won't be here until 330-4, then says they finished early will be there around 3. Now We have already sat around all not being able to do ANYTHING because this lady keeps saying specific times. 4:30 rolls around.. you guessed it.. NOTHING. Called over and over kept ignoring calls. Finally called from a different number and she answers go figure. Says they put on their way! 5:00 rolls around I get the actual movers number he says the truck just got dropped off to us we will be leaving here soon! Soo at this point I've been waiting since 9am and this lady has been lying to us the entire time. Then the guys finally show up at 5:30, 9 1/2 hours later. They are frustrated and not happy because they had the day off today and was called thirty minutes ago to do the job. So now I know that this lady has been lying to us the entire day and not only ruined her customers day but her own coworkers day. The men worked hard and I know were frustrated! But that still doesn't mean you don't do your best work. We had glassware that was shattered in a box that stated fragile, we had a mirror with a huge scratch, my dressed and scuff marks, my couch has a hole in the back and stains because they did not wrap anything when they moved. The moves finished at 11:30pm, didn't even set anything up because of the time and the money that was absolutely being wasted. My roommate and I are teachers.. and had to take the Monday off in order to one get some sleep and two put out damn house together alone. which is why we scheduled it at 9am so that this would be done in an appropriate amount of time. So yes I wasted a day due to your bullshit and my students also lost a day of learning because of you. That being said after a full day of waiting around and a Shitty move in job that ruined expensive furniture.. they offered only to take an hour off of our move. What about the 9 hours that we sat around waiting doing absolutely nothing while you lied your ass off to us, when we either could have been moving our stuff, or finding another company. I understand things happen and mistakes are made but you constantly lied to us all day and gave us the worst experience ever. And you couldn't even apologize. You did absolutely nothing for us and I would never ever recommend you to anyone! And I will keep posting about you until no one uses your business because I am furious and I would never want anyone to have to go through what we did. I will post pictures of the furniture you ruined. Awful awful awful.

Was a no show on my move date and I still haven't gotten my $280 deposit back after almost 2 months. It looks I am going to have to dispute the transaction on my Credit Card. The move was set for Black Friday. I had an invoice from them saying they would be there at 8:30am. No one. I called. No answer, mailbox full. I went to the address listed, no storefront. No one there. I spoke to someone the following Monday. They apologized, a misunderstanding due to Black Friday. They moved somebody, just not me. They would issue a refund. No refund. After 2 weeks again I call, I call. Always, no answer, mailbox full. I finally got someone on Friday 1/13/17. I was told, the girl I spoke with in November doesn't work here anymore. However, I am in the middle of something, can I call you back. I will call you back. No call back. I call back, no answer. Mailbox full. Incredibly frustrating.
