I contacted Coastal Quality Moving in a panic when I needed to find movers for a full service cross country move, when my original moving plan fell through last minute. I spoke with Jay King, whom was very professional and helpful regarding my options. I needed a full service move of my 2 bedroom condo from FL to CA, including transporting my car. I was given a quote that day and commitment for movers to arrive 3 days later which is what I needed. The movers arrived the morning promised and were efficient with loading the moving truck, I could tell knew what they were doing. The mover/driver Randy kept in contact with me throughout the drive to give me updates, and even arrived at my new home in CA 1 day earlier than originally anticipated! My furniture and boxes were unloaded efficiently into my new home. Satisfied customer

DO NOT RECOMMEND - NO SHOW. Booked and confirmed them for arrival at my storage unit at 9am Sunday morning. I had spent $230 on a minivan to move my stuff out of a storage unit in Tampa to drive to Miami that morning. They were a no show. Tried to call and got a message that they were not receiving calls. Left various text messages and got no reply. Still nothing three days later.

Fabulous movers, hard workers, very professional. They returned our phone call on the same day. Great communication, showed up on time, packed, efficiently, then unpacked and reassembled on the other end of the move. 5 STARS!

Two reviews on Yelp looked good, so booked this company to unload our truck upon getting to our new home. Thought we were all set, got a confirmation text stating the date and time and they would be here. Day and time comes and no show, so we call after 15 minutes. We were told we had cancelled. Upon further inquiry apparently they called twice to confirm and when we did not "answer" the phone they figured we did not want them to do the work. We asked why they did not leave a message as we were in the process of closing the day before and they said they are not allowed to leave a message???!!! Found them on Craigslist too and I cannot recommend at all. Imagine truck there, ready to unload and a no show. Don't let this happen to you.
