They were very nice and we enjoyed working with the team. However, they were very slow. We had most of our stuff moved out into a garage, so all they had to do was load from the garage straight to the truck. They did have to move a few large pieces of furniture from the house (bed, mattress, corner cupboard, table and 4 chairs), but far less than a typical house move. We were moving into a 10x15 storage locker. When we got there and realized we were going to miss our plans for the evening b/c the move had gone so long, 3 of us started helping them. But somehow the move still took 5+ hours and was over $200 more than we had estimated. We would have been better off going with a higher quote from the other movers we considered. There's no way the move should have taken more than 3 hours. One of the movers also dropped a drawer out of a dresser onto the gravel parking lot and didn't even apologize or acknowledge it had happened. We will choose another company next time.

It was a pleasure to work with Crystal Clean Movers, They arrived on time. They were respectful of moving my items and were a true joy to be around. I called several places and some were so outrageous for the number of things I had. They were below all other movers in price but the quality of service I received was above all others. Tommie was amazing and I appreciated him reassuring me my move would go smoothly and it did. Thank you so much for doing such a great job! I would highly recommend Crystal Clean movers!

I should have realized when they offered a price well below average that I would receive service to match; well below average. Although polite and friendly, the movers were not very proficient. They assured me all of my items would be able to fit on their truck and within the allotted time frame I had available. That was not the case. I had to have my friends show up with an additional vehicle just to fit all of my belongings. It took over 5 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment to be loaded onto the truck, with assistance from my friends. All of my oversized furniture was DAMAGED. (Tv Stand, dresser, armoire, couch) My brand new couch was torn all along the back. My entertainment stand was scraped from front to back, and my dresser drawers no longer work because the dresser was so badly damaged. My armoire was handed to me in pieces, and the owner of the company claims he did that to prevent it from breaking further. The back fell off of it, a door that was intentionally taken off, was handed to me with the top hanging off of it, and the remaining two other doors were caved it because the door stop was broken off. I'm curious how that was helpful? They hand you this form asking about their service in the middle of moving chaos, and at that time I didn't notice the damage done. So I said the service was good and I did not notice any damage on the form. When I noticed the damage done several days later, I could contacted the company. Tommie, the company's main contact/ owner, refuses to pay for damages. Tommie says because it took me three days to notice the damage, it's somehow no longer valid. If you've ever moved before, you know that life doesn't return to normal immediately after. It takes a while to unpack and get situated. Especially because o moved the day before New Years Eve! It took a while to notice all of that damage. Also because they put the damaged side of the couch against a wall so I wouldn't notice it. I only asked that my couch be replaced as it is brand new, and it's unfair that I spent my hard earned money on a new piece of furniture and it's now it's destroyed. I figured I could repair the wooden furniture on my own, but I cannot repair a torn couch. Especially when it's brand new, why shouldI have a repaired couch when it's brand new? I thought this was being fair. Instead of being a responsible business owner, Tommie responded with a nasty email. Now I'm forced to go to Small Claims COURT to have my couch replaced. DO NOT HIRE THIS TEAM - The low price might be inviting, but the cost of repairing damages isn't worth it.
