2nd Update: The owner has done everything he agreed to do to help remedy this situation. I really appreciate his attention. Update: The owner called me today, and is very anxious to remedy this situation. I really appreciate his call. We have come to an verbal agreement for a solution. Hopefully the piano has been repaired and I can sell it to close this two year saga!! Thanks Don Moore for taking over.

We have been dreading this move SO MUCH!! We did most of the packing but on the day of the move my wife was ill and things were spinning out of control fast. We also have a very old piano which is priceless to my wife. When the guys arrived right on time, I was just not ready. They could not have been nicer and chipped in with their professional packing supplies and before you knew it we were done and loaded onto the truck. We arrived in Lake Wales with my wife's beloved piano in perfect shape, everything was undamaged and put in place before they left. I could not be more happy then I Was with this move! Thanks DC Moore guys, your the best and I tell everyone the same!

Excellent customer service. They were on time and the price was great. I used them to have a piano moved from my parents' house on the first level to my apartment, about 5 minutes down the street on the second level. The 65+ year-old piano was handled with great care and, while it took a little over an hour and half to move it, it is well worth the time. They wrapped it up like a baby and I couldn't be more pleased. These guys are awesome and are the real deal. Don't go anywhere else!!

I've used them twice to move and I am very impressed by the way they treated us. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. My stuff made it to my new home all in one piece,no damage. I have used quite a few other companies before and would never do that again. But the guys at D. C. Moore were great. Would definitely recommend them.
