This was the best moving company I've ever come across. They showed up when they promised and got the job done perfectly . The crew was so very professional and able to move all my stuff without any issues--and I had some big pieces. Everything arrived undamaged and they had the truck unloaded and my items set back up right where I wanted in no time. Honestly best move I've ever experienced. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! This company is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. They were almost 2 hours late, never called, I had to call them to see where they were. The movers are just like day laborer guys. The don't wrap any of your furniture as they advertise, and when they damage and loose things they blame you. These guys damaged the walls and door frame of the old house and damaged the walls and doors of the new place, they dinged and nicked furniture and lost some pretty expensive curtain rods. They have this idiot in the office named Jose that is just as unprofessional as the movers when you complain about anything he yells at you blames you for their loss. Are they cheaper than professional movers.. yes. is it worth it NO. You will spend more in the long run fixing and replacing damaged and lost items. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH THIS COMPANY. Of and their insurance company is in St. Petersburg, FL they are nice but this company had a huge deductible and their owner Melanie Miller, wont let you file a claim unless you call the police and the police say they are at fault PROBLEM IS... The police only deal with Criminal Matters and tell you this is a Civil matter and they are correct. No wonder they have only been in business for a year... NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

They did not put our furniture back together correctly, lost parts to our furniture. That's what I've noticed so far. We paid them and tipped them the same day. Realized the beds were missing parts, and our entertainment set for the living room a few days later. I purchased my bed brand new and watched the delivery guys put it together, so I knew for a fact what the bed came with. When these moving men were putting my same bed together, I saw them doing it without the bottom woods and then I told them it was missing. One ran to the truck, then added the woods. But without the screws to make sure they stay in. I asked about that too. They told me the bed did not have any. I had to say to them "yes it did! I saw it myself when the delivery men put it together" and told them it was "unacceptable bc it's a brand new bed!!" So they finally found it and screwed them in. Now I did not sit in every room watching them. They didn't put my sons bed together correctly and it literally was falling apart. Same with my entertainment set, That is missing screws. Very sloppy job. Need to be more organized and prepared. Spoke to manager and he was extremely rude and did not seem to care at all about any of the things I addressed to him. Very unprofessional.

I booked Dynamic through Thumbtack, received a confirmation, and called to confirm the day before my move. They then informed me that their calendar doesn't sync with Thumbtack and therefore didn't have my reservation. Having no other choice less than 24hrs before my move, I continued to book only to be quoted a higher price than the original Thumbtack quote and surprised with a $50 truck fee not originally mentioned. So the "no mileage/no hidden fees" promise in their quote is false advertising. I could've booked and gassed my own uHaul for $40. On the day of the move, the guys were sweet and strong but not very efficient. 3 guys showed instead of my quoted 2 but even so a 2.5hr job quickly turned into 3hrs with an additional "long hallway" fee tacked onto my price after the fact. Shockingly, I have no control over the location of the freight elevator in my building. I agree - charge me for more time to walk the halls but not a "walk" fee on top of that. I called off the job at 3hrs with 2/3 of my belongings laying in the hallway outside the elevator. Not only is my couch scuffed, my mattress ripped, and pieces missing from a bookshelf, I couldn't be more displeased paying almost $300 to have moved that much of my furniture myself. As someone who moves twice a year this is not new territory for me. I will NEVER book this company again nor recommend them to anyone I know. The movers were good guys but not efficient and management is downright shiesty. Be prepared to pay way more than your original quote for half a job.

Dynamic Moving Solutions is an incredible company. From the booking process up until the final signature. I told them what i had to move and they knew the time amount i should book for and it was 1/2 hour less. Taye, Tyreese and Tyron were amazing. They reminded me of the energizer bunny. They took apart wall units, bed frames and a huge custom made wood table and put it all back exactly the right way. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a mover. They were even better than the movers from NYC to Florida we had 8 years ago. Thanks again!
