Really surprised about all the negative reviews on here. We've used them multiple times over the years as well as recently. They've always shown up on time and have been very professional and efficient! Rick was very funny and positive. Didn't see any of the behavior mentioned here in previous reviews...

!!!!UPDATE!!!! They have moved their hiding spot to the Winn Dixie plaza behind goodwill on 434!!!!! I wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars! Rick and his team are extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The worst moving company you could ever imagine doing business with!!! Let me give everyone the exact run down of how TERRIBLE things went with this JOKE for a company. It was back in June 2017 when my mother, my fiancé and myself were moving out of our apartment and into a house only 16 mins away, approximately 9 1/2 miles away (From winter springs to longwood). It started with Rick and his two guys being 3 hours late, claiming their truck "broke down" and had to get another truck. We ordered the biggest truck size they had possible and they showed up with a truck half the size of what we needed. Rick assured it would be no problem and they will make as many trips as needed. First trip went fine. I made a stop and bought them all gatorades of their choosing because I knew they must have been thirsty. Second trip back at the apartment to load up the truck for the second time, they moved a lot slower, taking up more time. When we arrived at our new house from the second trip, Rick informed us that we had exceeded our time limit of 4 hours that we had planned for, to 6 hours and told us we had to pay an extra 200 dollars, when the entire move could have been completed in the 4 hours had they gotten a bigger truck and moved a lil quicker! And failed to mention that we would have to pay more since they had a smaller truck and it will take longer. He told us they would have it done in 4 hours, which was plenty of time if these boys moved faster. I was 9 months pregnant, two weeks away from giving birth to my first child, did not have the $200 on the spot and Rick got mad and slammed the door to the truck and refused to take any of our stuff off the truck until we paid, then threatened to call the police on me at my own house! As a 9 months pregnant woman at the time, I started feeling extremely stressed and dizzy and began crying hysterically because I could not afford ANOTHER 200 dollars and did not have it on me since it was so unexpected. I had to call my mother while she was at work , she got on the phone with Rick and he began to curse at her and threaten her! She had to borrow money from her boss and drive all the way to our new home to pay this pathetic excuse for a "man". After she paid them him and his team began rapidly taking our stuff off he truck and slamming all of it down with force. Multiple boxes to which contained our pictures in frames were broken, along with almost all of our coffee mugs and wine glasses which we had properly wrapped with bubble wrap and newspaper. We were so extremely stressed out at the end of the day and so displeased with how these men treated us, we did not even bother to call them and start another "war". We were in fear of retaliation. He is not insured like he advertises. He is the type of person who would have came back and said it was our fault, just like it was "our fault" when he rented a truck too small and forced us to pay him. It was a scam all along!!!! He hides his truck in a thrift store (the sharing center) parking lot off of 17/92 that is right near our house and claims his truck "is broke down". Then rents a smaller truck than what the customer ordered so he can take longer and scam people for more money. I met someone in the neighborhood who said the exact same thing happened to them when they moved to the neighborhood a year before. I would never even consider using this company again, and I definitely would never IN A MILLION YEARS recommend this company to anybody! Not even someone who I dislike! Nobody deserves to be treated and talked to the way they do to their customers! I have NO IDEA how this company is still in business. I want to give them one thousand negative stars, but unfortunately that option is not available!

I used this outfit due to the rave positive reviews on "Angie's List". Don't believe any of them! I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews first. They damaged my big screen TV and don't seem to have insurance to cover it. They wasted time on my $$$ to play a catch game with each other during the move. Although they helped themselves to several bottles of water, the owner, Richard, blasts me for not offering more. Then, although I paid them the full amount agreed (BTW, he only takes cash which should have warned me), the owner still became belligerent because I told him I wasn't totally happy. Now, I have to take them to civil court to resolve the issue with the TV because he's not answering my calls and this was almost a month ago. Who the h... needs this!

I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star because this was single handedly the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was moving out of my apartment and they showed up TWO hours late when I had a deadline to be out at a specific time. I ended up getting charged an additional months worth of rent due to their unprofessional and irresponsible actions. They were extremely inconsiderate about my situation and didn't offer any type of compensation for their wrong doing. Because I am an out of state student and do not have any family here to help me move, I decided to give them another shot while moving into my new house. To no surprise, the moving company arrived late again. Rick told me that he would arrive between 3 and 3:30 pm and showed up at 4:15. I called him at 3:45 to nicely ask what his ETA was and he rudely hung up on me. He had the worst attitude and did everything very carelessly, not handling my items with respect or delicacy. I had multiple decorations in trash bags and witnessed him throw them into the truck. Some of my furniture was returned scratched and damaged and he claimed they were already like this. I am extremely disappointed with the service this company has given me. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Angel movers was awesome! They were on time, prepared and very friendly. They moved an entire one bedroom in 3 hours that's with 30 mins driving time. The price Rick gave me over the phone was the exact price it cost! No hidden or extra fees. Would definitely recommend!
