Donald came to give me an estimate. Did a lot of talking and I had to call him to get the quote, should have been the first sign. Then when I got the quote I asked him to come down. He did, but I called him and said to keep the original price, and when can we set the date and time. Emailed him 4 times, called at least three times, no call back, no email back. Don't waste your time.

a minute ago I wish I could give zero stars. They moved my belongings and it all didn't fit in my unit so they said no worries we will store what doesn't fit with us . I should have known when they took my most expensive items that I would never see them again. I've been trying to contact them to find out when I can get my things so I can have them shipped to jersey and evidently they blocked my calls . Had a friend call and he said they sold my things because they aren't a storage unit . Wow...not what he told me. I would have NEVER left 5 grand worth of things including 2 huge flat screens with them if that was the case . Anyone who doubts it I have all of the pictures and correspondence between us for the past 3 months . They are thieves . Please beware. I now have to buy all new furniture and televisions . And ps...the things they did jam into my own storage unit will have to be replaced as well .They're either broken or scratched so badly, they are of no use to me

Terrible. I would not use this company ever again and would warn anyone out there not to use them. Every single piece of furniture was damaged...not just little scratches. Actual chunks taken out of table and chair legs, back of chairs looking like they were dragged on the pavement. Both our master bed and guest bed are completely ruined with deep scratches, and even have paint on them from the other furniture they drug them along with. Company will not take any responsibility for their carelessness even after a dozen pictures were provided with all the damages. The lousy $300 we paid for their services is not worth the thousands in damaged furniture that we cannot replace. Extremely disappointed in this service and definitely would not recommend. I guess you get what you pay for, lesson learned.

Short notice move from a storage facility in largo to my new condo in clearwater. They arrived early and did a nice job. The 2 guys who did the move were very nice and friendly and polite. They moved in the the 3 hour time frame I bought and had time to spare. I am really glad I used them and totally would use them again. Thanks Guys John in Clearwater
