So... I feel so incredibly stupid for using this moving company. DO NOT USE THEM TO SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE. I used them to schedule a long distance move from Massachusetts to Arizona. Why I picked them? No fucking clue. We all make mistakes. Anyways, the original quote was 1100 to book, 605 upon pickup and 605 upon arrival. Vanessa Bailey from JB hunt movers makes the whole scam sound real smooth. But you really need to beware. Not only does she lie about the estimate, but she sells the job with the money you pay her to a third party moving service. In my case, it's "Integrated Moving Solutions." The movers came at the last minute of their scheduled pick up time and charged my mom who's directing my move from Massachusetts a1192.00 upon pickup. Not 605. It's complete BULLSHIT. To make matters worse, when I was emailed the receipt of the 1192, the actual website on the email to Integrated Moving Solutions doesn't even exist. I've tried to contact Integrated Moving Solutions AND JB Hunt Movers to figure out where my belongings are since at this point, I feel like not only do they have all my things, they also have run away with my money. These people do NOT care about your move or your belongings one bit because if they did they would be on top of things and let you know what happened. They don't answer their phones and let you go to straight to voicemail now that they have your money and your things because they know they are crooks. Someone needs to shut this business down as soon as possible. Just a bunch of con artists. Then, once the job gets sold, by people who you don't even know or wanted to do business with anyways, they send me this attached e-mail. Seriously try it! www.moveinsolutionsinc.net. It's a NON EXISTENT WEBSITE. So now, I'm literally under the impression all my things have been stolen and I've paid these random people thousands of dollars with no one to contact. Once they have your information they put your number on a block list so they know not to answer your calls. My mom just got in contact with JB hunt movers because her number is unknown to them. How they look at it, is it's just another scam they could try to pull. Anyways, we just got news the cost of the move was going to be another grand and they're putting my things in storage and it won't be here for another 3-4 weeks. I'm sick. I feel so defeated. I'm ready to call them up and tell them to keep all my furniture, which cost me well over 10 thousand, because they are literally not worth dealing with through all this pain. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE

This review is long overdue, my mother and her military husband lived in Florida and needed assistance to move all their belongings to Nevada where he was being stationed to. From the booking to confirmation to actually them arriving, everything was a breeze. We were a bit skeptical on the completion due to previous reviews but we were overly satisfied. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this company, it was a easy flow from beginning to the end.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I used JB Hunt as a broker to book a long distance move. I had a binding estimate through them. The movers they gave the bid to showed up and refused to honor it. As much as JB Hunt would like to blame me, it was NOT because I had belongings I forgot to list with them. JB Hunt's "operations team" repeatedly told me they would reach resolution on the issue within 24 hours. They would never call back. For weeks, they told me there was nothing they could do until they received the paperwork from the moving company (which they claim they never did). They finally emailed me and said that the best I could hope for is that they would explain the additional charges to me. I certainly did not need them to explain to me that they are fraudulent and refuse to honor contracts. 2 months later, and despite a filing with the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, I had had no response from JB Hunt. Another problem I have with JB Hunt is that their sales specialist, Vanessa, uses some special computer software to estimate how much space you will need for the move. I listed EVERY ITEM I would move, and the estimate was for half the space I needed. I ended up having to pay for double the square footage. There is no question that this is how they sell jobs...underestimate the square footage, underestimate the price, and sell the job. Vanessa completely ghosts once she has sold the job and no one at the company will discuss this deliberate underestimating tactic. Please don't use this company unless you want to be a victim of FRAUD.

Please BEWARE! This service is a cheat! I wish I could give it ZERO stars. I had booked JB Hunt movers for a long-distance move and storage from VA to OH. -To begin, after my booking confirmation, I never received a call on my pick up date and time, I had to call in twice to get a response from your dispatch team. -The dispatch operator confirmed that the driver would be in the 5:00-6:00 PM window on Saturday, July 27, 2018. The driver later called and also confirmed that he had another job and would be coming by evening to complete the pickup. -The driver did not show up until 10:30 PM on Saturday and when requested to move the pick to Sunday since I lived in an apartment complex and it may cause disturbance to other tenants, he told me that I will be charged extra since I was the one making a change. -To avoid the extra cost, I decided to do the move and waited until 10:30 PM for the driver to show up. -Once he arrived, after taking note of the move items he informed me that a "phone estimate" is not accurate and he will provide the final quote which he determined to be $3500, therefore, a balance of $2540 needed to be paid (minus the $960, already paid as a deposit) -He also mentioned that there would an extra charge for the tape that will be used for the blanket wrap which the standard full service is supposed to cover. -At 11:00 PM we decided to cancel this order since it is beyond reasonable and nowhere close to the estimate. -I was left stranded on a weekend with no moving service available till Monday and had to cancel my flight as I was scheduled to move out by Monday afternoon. -While confirming the order over the phone while booking I was told that I was still WAY below the minimum required space and could add in more articles if needed. Never was it mentioned that the driver will reassess and re-estimate the cost. -I have been trying to reach Vanessa Bailey, Senior Relocation Specialist who initiated my order the first time but she has not called back or responded to any of my voicemails. -PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

My husband scheduled an interstate move and was given a date and time to meet the driver. Approximately thirty minutes before our scheduled meeting the dispatcher called and said the driver had a broken water pump and would see us the following day. The driver arrived the next day and told us the amount of space we were allotted would not accommodate our belongings and we would need to pay additional money for more space in the truck used to haul our items. We have given these people over $2000 and our original quote was $1860. We will have to pay more upon delivery to have our items released from storage. This company is a total scam. They operate under different names. Be warned!!! RUN FAR AND FAST!!!!
