C M. to Jim Potter and Sons

Used them in 2017 to move to a new house in Florence. They damaged a nearly new Samsung refrigerator (put 2 dents in the lower drawer and one dent behind middle drawer handle). I asked them to repair the lower drawer since upper drawer dent was not visible behind the handle. In March of 19, the owner's latest excuse was part backordered. Now, nearly 2 years later, they have made no attempt to repair the appliance nor compensate for the damage. If you use this company and they damage your property, they will NOT make it right with you.
