I truly hesitate to give this company a 1 star review as they are not deserving ..I had them move my daughters grande piano from one home to next in Orlando,Fl . They came to home with ONLY 2 gentlemen . I was very concerned with the insufficient help and asked if they could do this with just them two. They expressed their competency and convinced me they could do this job . I left the home as they were taking apart the legs from the piano. They did not bring any wraps or coverings for protection. I supplied them with a plastic wrap of which they covered the top portion. Between the transport from one home to the next , these movers dropped the piano leaving a deep gouge in the top right side of the lid. Granted , this piece is made out of black lacquer and wood ..they dropped so hard it caused the keys to jump off their track. When they arrived at the home for installation, they were in an extreme hurry to get the piece back together..leaving the plastic in tact .. I did not get the opportunity to examine the piece as they rushed me to sign delivery slip, request payment and left hurriedly . As they were on the road, I cut away the plastic and discovered the damage. Immediately, I contacted the movers and demanded a repair immediately. The owner contacted me and assured that this would get resolved and that he moves pianos often. He was adamant that he could make the necessary repairs to get the piano back to its original condition . The owner scheduled someone to come out and made repairs on the keys . However , the damaged piano is still not repaired and it has been ongoing for 10 months now. Because I called numerous times , the owner has blocked my calls and have not made any attempt to repair of which he promised. I am currently at the Orange County courthouse filing a suit against him in the claims department. Perhaps this will get him motivated to make this right as this piano retails for $50k with a $35k piece of which was paid . Please do not allow this company to move your goods if they are of substantial value!!!

If you want things stole from you, furniture not put back together properly, furniture abused in the move and not wrapped before loaded in the truck by all means use this company. However, if you value your belongings and do not want them stolen and abused, do not use this company. They did not send enough people for the job, one of the workers stole some items, my furnitures was abused and damaged beyond acceptable means during a move, not all items were put upstairs, and a wall was damaged. The owner, David, has had opportunity to correct the situation and has failed to do so. I even have text messages where he was going to send a check that was never received so he admitted fault but never took care of it. I am filing small claims action against this company.

I absolutely recommend Mack's Movers for all your moving needs. No one likes to move, but the service and respect I received from the fine folks at Mack's Movers would make me almost consider moving again, just so I could work with them one more time. The employees are friendly and dedicated, and I often witnessed them running back and forth from my home to the van. It's rare to see that sort of efficiency in a company anymore! If you need movers, look no further! Two thumbs way up!!
