So I had an unexpected move and not a lot of time to plan for it... I was seriously stressing about the whole ordeal of packing and moving. I called Mi-Box and spoke to Jenny. She was so helpful and incredibly calming. She talked me thorough all my many questions and figured out what size storage box we would need. She is truly amazing. We set up a delivery date. On the morning the box was to arrive , my place was a mess with boxes and furniture to move. John, the company owner, showed up exactly on time and was so incredibly helpful. He staged the box in the perfect spot in my driveway while still making room for my cars. The lift they use is different than other portable storage where they usually just roll the box off the back of a truck... John just picked the box up and place it in my driveway without scratching any of my driveway pavers. (So thankful). He was professional and courteous. (He even helped me carry a heavy object out and into box!!). This made my move so much easier. Thank you Jenny and John and MiBox!!
