Pros: CHEAP. We got three hours for $230. They also brought a third guy, when we had only expected two. As far as our stuff goes, we are still unpacking, but so far everything seems to be OK. Cons: SLOW. Not much hustle in any of the three guys. UNPROFESSIONAL. They were half an hour late, didn't call to let us know, then claimed they had had to stop for gas. Thirty minutes is an awfully long gas stop, but OK. Then they had to clean some things out of their truck before they could start. It took them nearly an hour and 45 minutes to get from the old apartment in Carrollwood to the new one in Tampa Palms. I left the same time as they did in my car, and it took me 30 minutes (driving conservatively). Again they claimed they had to stop for gas (for an HOUR this time?!) and even if that were true, they should have told us or called to let us know what was up. We didn't pay them for this extra hour, but I'm pretty sure they stopped for lunch, while we were sitting at the empty apartment waiting. Communication isn't that hard. You get what you pay for. They weren't awful--like I said, none of our stuff seems damaged or anything--but I can't exactly recommend them either.

I contacted Turbo moving for a possible move and left a message. Two days later Cisco, the owner of Turbo Moving, called me back, but I told him I had secured a different mover. He then asked me how much the different mover was charging, and I said I would not answer that question. He then proceeded to cuss me out, call me a little white bitch, and threatened me by saying "you better hope I never see you." Based on this type of customer service, I would not recommend this company.

These guys were great. Hard working, trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend them to a friend and use them again.
