We never got compensation for the items that were damaged. When you move things get damaged and they do nothing to compensate for that. Find a company with a robust policy on damage remediation.

Updating a review from the movers being the owners replied. Actually that is not true at all. Taylor stood right in my living room and said one truck would be enough and if need be they would make two trips being locations were so close together. We tried repeatedly reaching out to your company to fix the problem and each time blown off. This reply speaks to your companies character. Basically make a mistake and blame the customer. If you look at the invoice, I was quoted x amount of items using one truck for x about of time. If you truly believed that could not be done why would you quote that? That's what was promised and that was not what delivered. Your company has a break down between Taylor and the packers -- which was a direct quote for the lead packer on my move. You can rest assure that our coworkers at Valencia, Disney World, and veterans administration Will hear about your review.

I recently had the responsibility to relocate a large number of offices at one of my Florida facilities. I contacted Two Men and a Truck to assist in the move, although nothing was leaving the property there were a number of challenges in regards to relocating multiple office to multiple areas of the plant while minimizing any disruptions to the business. After speaking with a representative and reviewing the type and number of items that was scheduled to be move I was able to ascertain a budgetary number and contingency pricing if the volume changed. I felt pretty good about the pricing and scheduled the move on a relatively short notice. I received a follow up call asking if I could be available to meet with one of their customer representatives onsite to review the project prior to the crew arriving to ensure the correct resources were deployed. After meeting and discussing the entire scope of work I made a decision to revise the plan and split the move into two separate phases the first phase being a much simpler move but splitting up the move would lessen any disruptions and take the pressure off some of the employee who were relocating to new areas of the plant. The driver called me the morning of the first move and gave me an estimated time of arrival which matched up with the time we had originally scheduled. One truck arrived with three very professional employees, they introduced themselves we reviewed the plan and they went to work - no doubt these guys are well trained in preparing the furniture for the move and on how to lift and utilize all the moving equipment to ensure there is no damage to the furnishings. I adjusted somethings on the fly and we agreed on the additional charges prior to move forward which the final billing reflected when I was billed the balance of phase one. A few weeks later as schedule the crews arrived to complete the scope of the project, again prior to their arrival I received a call giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival. Right on time two trucks arrived with a crew six after a short meeting to review the plan they again went to work - they worked as a team and it seemed everyone knew what everyone else was doing. Knowing the amount of work that was before us I was concern about running out of time so I pulled one of the leads aside to discuss - he reassured me they would stay until the work was completed and told me they don't really take breaks or lunch they just push through until everything is done. Well we started at 8:00 AM and placed the last piece of furniture in place after 9:00 PM. I was offered a hand shake and a signed work order then an assurance that I was satisfied with the work performed and if there were any items that I needed addressed prior to their departure. I can not express how impressed I am with this company and the employees that worked on my project. I received a follow up call after everything was closed out. I don't know how I could of made a better decision than to have contracted Two Men and a Truck I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future if I have a need that requires true professionals or to made a recommendation to my friends and business associates. Absolutely no issues, everything was presented upfront prior to the start of the work and they did exactly what they promised on time and on budget...

AMAZING. This was my first time using a moving company and they made it so hassle free I will never move without one again. I booked my move about 2-3 weeks in advance and received my preferred date. Based on other prices from other companies they were very reasonable. I moved about 20 miles from a 2nd floor apartment to a 2 story townhouse. I did not move a large quantity of items but I did move big items like a bed, sofa, and a glass top table. They took such care with the glass of the table! They wrapped it in a moving blanket and taped it so it wouldn't fall out or get scratched. While I hate that table I'm glad I didn't have to buy a new one!

I've never had such a negative experience moving. These guys were careless, dishonest and unprofessional, it's ridiculous that a one bedroom apartment took 7.5 hours when the estimate was tops 5 hours, my stuff was moved 3 different times before it got put in the truck, all my furniture was scared everywhere and left unattended in the hallway, in front of the elevator and the parking lot, it was obvious they were stretching the time on purpose, managers care even less about customer service, they don't want to listen, and my stuff and wall were dirty and scratched! Never again!
