I had the pleasure of working with Rio and B Bad on two days (April 13 and May 4)/for two different moves. Grand Champion is the preferred moving company through Rooms To Go. As instructed by the Rooms To Go salesman, I gave them a call a week before to set up a date and time for the furniture. The people at Grand Champion were very professional and thorough. I set up the install date of our new bedroom furniture for April 13, 2019 around 11 am. The guys ended up being a little bit later than that time, but they let me know that they were running a bit behind on another job. *Life happens and hauling/moving furniture isn't easy work. *Transparency goes a long way with customers/I was understanding of them being a little behind schedule. When they made it to our new home, they immediately got right down to unloading and setting up our bedroom furniture. Rio and B Bad were of good spirits and worked quickly to place items exactly where I wanted them. I was very pleased with them and will be happy to work with Grand Champion, if we purchase any other furniture from Rooms To Go! The price was reasonable for the hard work these two guys put in! I do believe they do moving outside of working with Rooms To Go. I recommend giving Grand Champion a call, if you want good/solid work and to have your furniture taken care of!

What a great experience. On-time, so professional, return phone calls promptly, service scheduling was a breeze, no hidden charges, they have insurance (work comp and liability). Shaquita was great to work with to schedule the move and gave a very clear quote. Blue and Dashawn (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) were so fun yet courteous, and treated my furniture with care. These guys even offered to come back in a couple hours due to rain, to avoid my furniture getting wet - even though it would have extended their workday. I wish everyone had as great a work ethic as these guys. They got the job done in half the time allotted. Moving truck was super spacious and super clean. DEFINITELY call them if you need a move. If it helps - I did a in-town move, from my apartment to a freight facility where they loaded a trailer for me.

Took a couple of hours longer than expected but overall satisfied. They are 25% more expensive than average but worth it. Professional and courteous. They wrap EVERYTHING and that takes time while others just slap a furniture pad on a couch or two, these guys wrap so that your new neighbors don't know exactly what you are bringing in. If you e got high end stuff, they'll do it right. $125 per hour, check Groupon if you are in a budget, might be a special or two.
