Jeremy tried to be nice but I really wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When I first tried to schedule my appointment he complained for 10 minutes on how he didn't want to work late in the day because it's hot, so I changed my appointment for the morning. They showed up to my apartment with a uhaul truck, he doesn't even have his own truck. They missed a whole closet and broke things when they delivered to my house. They broke the handle to my bed then broke a piece off of my desk. I labeled everything for them to easily put boxes into the appropriate place. They didn't following the labels and put all the boxes in the wrong room. When I told him about my findings he argued with me on how I was wrong and nothing was his fault. Then he "tried to make it up" by going back to get the closet he missed in the 1st place. All he cared about was the review and rolled his eyes when I was taking.

Lol yes you did I have emails and call logs to prove it I see this still bothering you months later . I've moved on so should you!! I will screenshot everything and post it!! So it's best to move on and leave me alone!

These guys were just great, easy to work with, fast, prompt, friendly.

Very fast and responsive to texts, calls, and yelp messages. Showed up on time and completed the job faster than expected. Polite and professional staff.

Jeremy made scheduling easy through messaging on yelp and text. The move was moved a day earlier due to scheduling issues but we were able to switch around our schedule to make it work. Jeremy and his crew arrived within the estimated time frame and started working promptly. I was super stressed already and towards the beginning I was a bit annoyed at one of the three since he stood away drinking water and loitering around barely an hour into it and I was paying for three but once I handed him a box he started back at it again. The initial packing did take a while and I felt like a bigger uhaul should have been used since there was some time wasted moving things around, taking items back out and moving stuff back in. Another thing I would recommend from previous moves is that I wished they blanketed and taped everything in the house before moving into the truck to minimize scratches and fold blankets after unloading so that I am not left running boxes while watching them fold or I could have helped fold if I am paying guys to help me move. A huge positive was that unloading took alot less time and the guys were all really nice and professional about everything. They took apart and put back together some of the furniture too.
