I payed for moving services. Not all my belonging were moved and some items were missing. My friend and I needed moving services for two 1 bed room apartments moved to one 3 bedroom apartment. The workers are payed by the hour...meaning they will take as little time as as possible unwrapping and wrapping furniture. Further more, many items were left behind in the apartments leaving the job UNFINISHED. Also, many of my items turned up missing-when I called to inquire about the bill and the missing items. James told me that "I'm out of my mind" and that "i'm playing the wrong game with the wrong company"

I will always be so grateful for these movers! I originally hired Your Best Move and they lied to me and cancelled on me last minute. I'm a young woman who had no help with moving, and need to be out that day as I was relocating for a job. James was able to move me the day of my call (10/31) and even quoted me a fair price being that it was last minute. When I explained my situation he told me the movers that left me stranded had done this many times and told me what I needed to do to report them. When the movers showed up they worked super fast! The truck was loaded in 25 minutes with all of my things! And I was headed to my new city! Everything was delivered perfectly fine and the guys were super nice. They turned a really shitty situation into a great one.

I called to get an estimate. I inquired about their insurance policy as I wanted to insure I hired a company with full replacement value insurance. He went off on me about trying to steal their insurance information. I explained the reason I inquired and asked him to not go off. He told to go find another moving company and hung up. All of this over a simple inquiry.

I just called for a quote on moving services to see if it would be cheaper to move with a Uhaul or hire someone. James answered and the customer service was unheard of. He could of easily taken my money but instead talked me thru my options with Uhaul and explained why it would be better financially for me to just hire movers in the area when we get there. He took time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. Very pleasant man. Didn't talk down to me because I'm a female which is awesome. If it was cheaper for me to use them to move across the state I would in a heart beat.

I called them trying to get a quote over the phone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Cut and dry answers and just horrible customer service. I will not be using them for my moving services.
