Scam artists stole everything I owned!! Please don't use this horrible "company". They are thieves! Rummaged through my boxes and took all valuables and stole all of my furniture. Claimed it was still in storage and that was in Feb. LIARS AND CROOKS!!!!!

This company is a nightmare! It took double the amount of time for my property to be delivered. It came at night on a Penske rental truck and the man was very nice, but did not speak any English, which made it difficult. I am still missing 1/3 of my property and no one from the company will respond. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

United Moving & Storage should change their name to UNITED LYING AND STEALING. They picked up our belongings on 1/18/18. DON'T use these thieves unless your intent is to pay someone to steal your belongings and lie to you about them. They promised delivery dates several times and didn't show. March 8, 2018, Two months later when they finally delivered most of our boxes, it was obvious they opened them and selected items they wished to keep. Jewelry was missing from a box, as well as an LV purse from another box. Some of the boxes missing contained the surround sound for the 55" TV they stole from us, boxes of dishes, bags of clothes, etc. They did not deliver the sectional sofa, the entertainment center, again, the 55" TV, a console table, an entire King bedroom set, a framed wall mirror, floor lamp and more. HOW DO YOU LOSE THIS MANY SIZABLE ITEMS???? One man arrives to deliver the belongings and pretends not to understand English so he won't have to talk to you. They completely destroyed the king size mattress, and tried to deliver someone else's cherry horizontal filing cabinet. Any other furnishings they decided they didn't want to steal for themselves, or sell for extra cash, were delivered damaged. Bookcase, shoe rack, bench, console, sofa table...All damaged. When the police called Claudia, yet another lie was told. She told the police that our stuff was safe in storage, but she's told us they were trying to find it. Really. I don't know how they continually get away SCAM they are running. In hindsight, their intent is obvious. They don't label or mark any, box, bag or item. They didn't even wrap the sofa. We had to find a box for the TV, and they were supposed to bring the TV box and wardrobe boxes. Now we realize, why would they label or wrap items that they have already decided to keep, or steal and sell. They should be criminally prosecuted and I will not give up trying to accomplish just that. P.S. Claudia doesn't respond to calls or texts. RUN...DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS.

Please, please, please if you value your property, your person, your sanity, DO NOT use this company. They are not legitimate. They are scammers, and they will hold your belongings hostage, demand more money, forge a false contract, and at BEST, deliver your property several weeks late and completely damaged. I can promise you that if you end up using this company, there is a very good chance you will end up paying thousands of dollars for them to steal everything you own. Claudia, the owner, is a complete and total crook, and everything out of her mouth is a LIE. In our case, cops were involved (thank God we had the constable with us when our things finally arrived), and a lawsuit is soon to follow. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope to see this company shut down ASAP, because it kills me to think another family could possibly be susceptible to this scam.

My stuff was picked up LATE and over a month ago. I was given a 4-16 day timeline. It's been well over 16 days and I still do not have my stuff.
